Tubbs & Co. letterpress book and related materials, 1853-1858.

Letterpress book includes a few letters of predecessor company of which Alfred L. Tubbs was also a principal, Folger & Tubbs. Most of the letters concern the business dealings of Tubbs & Co., a San Francisco cordage company which later became the Tubbs Cordage Company. With this, photocopies of 4 letters and an accounting sent by A. L. Tubbs to Edward Putnam Flint in 1857.
